Important:
For class packages, the cancellation policy does not apply. A class will only be deducted from your package once you’ve attended it.

Cancellation Policy
Students who have booked individual lessons can cancel or reschedule their class without any penalty, provided they give at least 48 hours' notice (Monday to Friday, business days). To reschedule, the student and teacher must agree on a new time based on their availability.
For cancellations made with 24 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the class cost will apply. If the class is canceled on the same day, the full cost of the class will be charged.
In cases where the teacher cancels the class, it will always be rescheduled or refunded in full.
